Calgary International Airport (YYC)
Car Parking
(Calgary, Canada)
There are no less than five different car parking choices awaiting travelers arriving at Calgary International Airport (YYC). These are simple to categorise as short-term, long-term (Parkade), weekly, over-height and outdoor parking - on a surface lot with 1,200 allocated spaces.
Peak periods are always a busy time at Calgary Airport and so passengers traveling at these times are advised to leave plenty of time to park their cars. Also worth noting, Wednesdays and Thursdays always seem to experience high passenger volumes, together with long weekends. When car parks at YYC are filled to capacity, overflow facilities are implemented.

Short-Term
The airport's short-term car parking is to be found on the ground level of the expansive Parkade area and is best suited for periods of up to one hour, with the first 30 minutes being free of charge. After the first 90 minutes, the rates begin to increase sharply, with a fairly expensive maximum daily charge being applied.
Long-Term / Parkade
Calgary Airport's long-term car parking area is known simply as the Parkade and is grouped as areas P2, P4, P5, P6 and P7. The tariff features rates per 30 minutes, per day and per week. The maximum stay in the Parkade is 60 days.
